Shared shifts

When are we both off?

Add your shifts once, share them with your partner, family or friends, and Turnoloo tells you right away which days you’re off at the same time.

Now: Ana on nights, Leo on mornings and you’re off

How it works

  1. Your shifts, just once

Pick your pattern (five on two off, four on four off, rotating, nights, 24-hour shifts) and it repeats on its own. If a day changes, tap it and that’s it.

  2. Your people, with a link

Share your link with whoever you like. They see it in the app or in the browser, with nothing to install, and can show you theirs.

  3. When can we meet?

Pick who, and Turnoloo crosses everyone’s shifts over the next 60 days: full days, evenings and nights off at the same time.

What a group chat can’t do

In the chat, someone sends a photo of the schedule and you have to cross it by hand. Turnoloo crosses it for you, including rotating shifts, nights that end the next day and the rest afterwards.

Saturday 24Full day off
Sunday 25From 09:00 to 22:00
Saturday 31From 13:00 to 24:00

For people who work shifts and for those who wait for them

And for their partners, families and friends, who finally know when they can count on them.

  • Nursing and healthcare
  • Police and firefighters
  • Hospitality
  • Retail
  • Factories
  • Call centers

You decide who sees your shifts

Everyone chooses who they share with and can take it back whenever they want. Your link can be turned off or changed, and there’s no need to sign up.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes, with ads and with the shifts of up to 3 people in view. Turnoloo Plus removes the ads, lets you see all your people and puts your shifts in your phone’s calendar.

Do I have to sign up?

No. If you don’t want to lose your shifts when you switch phones, you can save them with Apple, Google or your email.

Does it work for rotating shifts and nights?

Yes. The pattern repeats on its own, shifts that end the next day are counted correctly and, after a night, the morning counts as rest.

What if one of my shifts changes?

Tap it on the calendar and the pattern stays the same. Your people get a single notification per batch of changes, not one for every day.

Who sees my shifts?

Only whoever has your link or the people you share with. You can stop sharing with someone, remove them from your people or change your link.

Stop asking “what shift are you on?”
